Ms. Oliver founded her firm on the representation of First Responders. First Responders include: law enforcement, firefighters and correctional officers. A unique and specialized area of the law is found in the Heart & Lung Bill under Florida Statute 112.18 providing benefits to this class of related to certain health conditions in the workers compensation system.
